Noise in My Head, Michael Kucyk’s weekly radio show broadcasted by Triple R (102.7FM), and listeners, celebrated the fifth year of their sonic excursion at Goodtimes Studios, with a very special Anniversary Exhibition.
Held over one weekend only, the show curated by Noise in My Head’s Michael Kucyk and Melissa Loughan of Utopian Slumps, brought together eleven Australian and international artists who had contributed or inspired Noise in My Head’s sonic path.
With work by; Kiah Gm, Nathan Gray, Misha Hollenbach, Thomas Jeppe, Dylan Martorell, Harriet Kate Morgan, Dan Moynihan, Eddie Ruscha (US), Gavin Russom (US), S.I.B.L.I.N.G, and Alex Vivian.
A catalogue compiled of the contributing artists work accompanied the exhibition; a stunning A5 book printed by Xavier Connelly of Dawn Press. (Available, with gold coin donation, in; black and white, or purple and white.)
Indeed a celebratory event, with Noise in My Head DJs; Gordy Zola, Roman Wafers and DJ Biscuit, spinning late into the night. The Anniversary Exhibition marked a new phase in Noise in My Head’s journey.
